How do personal records work?
PRs are auto-detected on bench, squat, deadlift, fastest run, longest workout, and highest weekly volume. New PRs get highlighted.
Can I create custom exercises?
Yes β open the Exercise Library and click "Add Custom". Set name, muscle group, equipment, instructions and it's yours.
Is there an admin panel?
Yes, at /admin. Demo login: admin@fittrack.local / Admin@12345. Useful for content moderation and user oversight.
